Our Lead Time for artworks are estimated as the following:

Decal Artwork - 2 to 6 weeks
Printed Series - 3 to 7 weeks
Frame Acrylic - 4 to 8 weeks
Frame Mirror - 4 to 8 weeks
3D Basic - 6 to 12 weeks
3D Premium - 7 to 13 weeks
3D Exclusive - 8 to 14 weeks

Once your order is READY, we will notify you via email with regards to the collection or delivery details.

Yes, we do! We welcome you to our store to view from our ready stock range.

We provide a Premium Concierge Service where our sales team will assist you via video call.

Rates at $35 per maximum 30 mins of video call. Reach out to us via whatsapp to learn more.

We do provide Express Service. Urgent fee of x2.5 of the normal price applies.

Example, normal retail price at $100, $100 x2.5 = $250

You can expect your order to be ready within 1 to 5 working days.

Delivery and Installation

You have the option to self collect your order or opt for our delivery services.

You will be notify via email once their order is ready for collection.

Storage Fee applies, if you fail to collect within ONE month after date of notification.

Delivery will be made on Sunday between 10am to 5pm base on delivery route. You will receive an email from us 1 to 3 days in advance on your delivery notice.

If you are unable to receive your order during the above period, do update us! Another attempt will be done on the following Sunday.

If you are unable to receive your order and fail to update us in advance, a fee of $20 will be charge to attempt another delivery on the following Sunday.

Courier will call you in advance before making the delivery to you on delivery day itself.

SPECIFIC DELIVERY at $45 - Choose from between Tuesday to Saturday anytime between 12pm to 7pm. Your delivery will be handle by  either GOGOVAN or LALAMOVE. We will be liaising with you directly once your order is ready to be deliver.

*Storage fee applies, if you fail to compromise on a delivery date within One month from date of first notification.

*All deliveries are made by third-party courier services. If you're uncomfortable with the arrangements above, kindly arrange and opt in for own collection from our store.

A storage fee of an amount of SGD$100 per month will be charged for failing to collect or compromise on a delivery within One Month after the date of notification for collection or delivery.

Installation Service
From 15th February 2019, Installation Service, if required, is handled by a Third Party installer "Fis-It" services.

You are required to liaise with the handyman directly for the services.

Installation service charges start from $45. Installation of x1 Artwork is at $45, subsequent installation is at $30.

If you intend to have the installation team deliver and install your order on the same day, charges start from $80 (fee inclusive of installation of x1 artwork. Subsequent installation is at $30)

The best time to liaise for the installation service is when you receive a confirmation email from us stating that your artwork is ready for delivery/collection.

We ship worldwide! All International Orders ship via DHL.

We will take the best measures to ensure that you will receive your order in proper conditions. If require, we will pack your order using a wooden crate.

All International Shipping will come with tracking details.

Every order destination is unique. Once your order is ready, we will measure and weigh them based on the packaging.

We will check with DHL on the charges, and we will forward you the details. We will request the payment from you based on DHL quotation.

We will only ship out the order after receiving the shipping payment.

Any payment of duties and taxes are to be paid by the receiver.

Refund on order
All order are made to order. All sales are final.
We do not provide exchange or refund based on change of mind.

Selection of choices
Kindly double check on your selection of size, colours, etc.

Frame availability
All selected frames made from our website or store are subject to availability from our main supplier. As much as we will keep track on the frame availability from the main supplier, occasionally the stock take / tracking are out of our control.
If the frame that you have opted for is out of stock, we will update you. You will then need to opt for another frame option. No order refund will be given if the initial frame that you have opted for is out of stock. We will only provide refund of frame cost if the new frame cost lesser then the initial selection.

Lead time
All our lead time is reflected in every product paege, FAQ page and here. We do not provide refund if you felt that the production takes longer to your liking.
