All Delivery are handled by a third party service provider (Courier Service) for The Islamic Decor.
STANDARD DELIVERY at $20 - Delivery will be made on Sunday between 10am to 5pm base on delivery route. You will receive an email from us 1 to 3 days in advance on your delivery notice.
If you are unable to receive your order during the above period, do update us! Another attempt will be done on the following Saturday.
If you are unable to receive your order and fail to update us in advance, a fee of $20 will be charge to attempt another delivery on the following Saturday.
Courier will call you in advance before making the delivery to you on delivery day itself.
SPECIFIC DELIVERY at $45 - Choose from between Monday to Saturday anytime between 12pm to 8pm. Your delivery will be handle by either GOGOVAN or LALAMOVE. We will be liaising with you directly once your order is ready to be deliver.
All artworks / products purchased from The Islamic Decor website are made to order.
We only accept exchange or replacement within 7 days IF you have received your order in damaged condition or mistake that was made from our side. ( Eg, wrong colour, wrong artwork, incorrect dimension.)
Returns / exchange or replacement of items will be assess on a case by case basis before any confirmation of refund are issued.
Do take note that you are to forward us the photo of tampered orders or any defect to qualify as evident for the return policy.
The artworks / products must be in its original state, not tampered and in good condition.
Returning artwork / products that you received to The Islamic Decor will be arranged on your own.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our our showroom / store.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products after 7 days from the date you received your order.
We do not make refund in cash or other monetary form.
Upon approval refund will only be in store credit.
Cancellation of custom designs which have already been previewed are non-refundable.
Damaged / Tampered Shipments
If you receive a delivery which is damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Changing of order to a lower value
If you requested for a change of order in a lower value, you will only receive refund in Store Credit. We do not make refund in cash or other monetary form.
You will be eligible for a refund in the form of store credit if your refund request is within 24 hours of placing your order. We do not make refund in cash or other monetary form.
Our artwork comes in various size and materials. Thus the price range differ according to your final choices made to the artwork. All the prices will prompt on the page itself once you have made the choices to the artwork (eg: size/frame)
